The CDA Board of Directors gives direction and oversight to the administration of CDA and meets monthly, usually the third Monday of the month.

All members are invited and welcome to the first portion of the meeting and are welcome to ask questions of the board.

The typical meeting follows this order

1. An introductory word of encouragement or exhortation and prayer by a member

2. Comments or questions directed to the Board (in the presence of the Headmaster, or if by request, without the Headmaster present). (15 minutes)

3. Non-participating members are dismissed

4. Review and Comment of the Headmaster Report to the Board

5. Review and Comment on the Financial Report to the Board (From the Treasurer)

6. Old Business

7. New Business

8. Executive Session (When Called by the Chairman)

9. Closing time of Prayer
